Alutech window sills are made of 1 mm aluminium strip supplied by ALCAN company ( Germany).

Aluminium strips are cold rolled, degreased, anodized, and coated with paint and varnish. Each layer is applied and cured separately by a continuous Coil-Coating technique.

A special two-layer varnish coating (ALCAN SP 80) protects the surface against abrasion and scratching. In accordance with European standards, the surface of window sills is covered with a protective polyethylene film removed after the window sill has been installed.

Sills are offered in a broad assortment with width of 90 up to 360 mm. Standard length is 6 meters.

Side plugs for sills are made of ABS-plastic.

The advantages of the ABS-plastic are improved mechanical properties, heat- and chemical resistance, resistance to precipitation, ultraviolet radiation and low temperature. The side plugs are available in all sizes to fit windowsills of every width.

Aluminium support bracket.
Alutech has developed and started the production of aluminum support brackets. The support bracket has been designed to ensure high quality installation of window sills. It reinforces the structure, allows for cantilever installation of window sills and minimizes the influence of strong winds. The testing of the bracket has proven their universality and high functionality of the design, convenience of installation in full compliance with your specific requirements.
