Alutech Incorporated is a modern industrial enterprise, which manufactures and markets the following products:

Alutech Inc. is the head company of the Alutech group. It is based in Minsk, Republic of Belarus. The company was founded in 1998 and now employs more than 450 people.

All the major manufacturing facilities for production of roll-formed profiles and components for the Alutech rolling shutter systems are based in Alutech Inc.

Currently the enterprise has 11 automated production lines and several separate manufacturing shops to produce a wide range of profiles, components and accessories.

Up-to-date manufacturing equipment and professional personnel trained abroad ensure the production of highly competitive goods in accordance with European standards.

High quality raw materials from the leading European companies (ALCAN, BASF and some others) are used to manufacture roll-formed profiles, shutter boxes and other accessories. All raw materials are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 international standards.

Aluminium strip used in the production of profiles and boxes has wear-resistant multi-layer coating made of polyamide-improved artificial resin (Alcan SP80). The material is applied in two layers by a continuous coil coating technique. Each of the layers is applied and cured separately.

The profiles produced of this strip are highly resistant to abrasion, scratches, deformation, dirt and chemicals.

The polyurethane foam used as the profile filler does not contain hydrocarbon and fluorine-chloride compounds.

Self-production of end caps with primary aluminium alloys supplied by Russian manufacturers allows to offer products with high technical properties at a very competitive price.

Quality raw materials are also used to manufacture assist springs, plastic and steel parts.

In 2003, the Company started the production of Alutech sectional doors in Minsk. The new promising area of activity expanded the range of the offered products complementing the existing business of rolling shutter systems. The Company began to supply sectional doors to the markets in Russia, the Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Alutech doors are manufactured in full compliance with European safety standards EN 12604 and EN 12453. Automated equipment used for gates fabrication ensures consistent high quality of the products.

To meet the requirements of the customers, Alutech Inc maintains proper control over every stage of the manufacture and distribution: product design, incoming quality control of raw materials and components, production of profiles and accessories, quality control of the finished products, storage, shipment of goods, technical support and after-sale service.

The packaging ensures safety of the products in shipping and storing in the customer's warehouse.

Alutech offers its partners the entire engineering expertise and experience it has gained. The company personnel provide the required technical support and consultation, organize and carry out training of the partners' personnel, offer practical assistance in setting up the production.

The Company has certified its quality management system in compliance with the International standarts ISO P and TÜV CERT, which is confirmed by the corresponding certificates.
