AluminTechno is an extrusion and powder coating plant recently set up by Alutech.

It is a highly efficient enterprise equipped with production lines and machinery of the world's leading manufacturers from the USA, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Canada and some other countries.

AluminTechno implements a closed manufacturing cycle. It begins with melting of primary aluminium and ends up with production of finished extruded powder coated profiles. The main components of the production facilities include an up-to-date foundry shop, a high tech extrusion line and an advanced powder coating shop.

It allows to manufactures a wide range of products:

• Extruded profiles for roller shutter systems and section doors
• Profile systems for indoor and outdoor use:
  • Rack-girt frontal system
  • System of suspended ventilated frontages
  • Systems of window and balcony glazing
  • System of office, light and all-glaa division walls
• Various profiles based on customer’s drawings.

Key features of the production facilities:

Modern foundry shop

1. Gas melting furnace, casting machine, billet homogenizing furnace.
2. Advanced systems for modifying, refining, filtering and casting melted aluminium.
3. The quality of the log (billet) meets the requirements of BS EN 486 standard, thereby providing consistent mechanical properties of the profiles and high quality of the surface.

High tech extrusion line

1. The quality of the extruded profiles is in accordance with DIN1748, DIN17615, EN 755-1, EN 755-2, EN 12020-1 standards.
2. A full range of modern equipment for tooling maintenance assures high quality of the produced profiles.
3. Up-to-date design and engineering solutions.
4. High extrusion rates.
5. Profile configuration monitoring.
6. Minimal steel intensity.
7. Consistency of dimensions and mechanical properties of profiles.
8. Isothermal extrusion of profiles.
9. Quenching of profiles on the run-out table of the extrusion line.
10. Cooling of profiles in the run-out table cooling area.
11. Stretching of profiles.
12. Profile artificial aging.

Advanced powder coating shop

1. Chrome-free pretreatment of the profile surface.
2. Multi-zone automated polymer powder coating booth.
3. System for rapid color changing (within 15 minutes).
4. Automatic temperature and powder coat cure control.
5. Solid, high quality coating.
6. Heat- and UV-resistance.
7. Chemical resistance and durability.

Upon setting up the new plant, AluminTechno will expand the range of the extruded products and start taking orders to produce extruded profiles as to the individual specifications of the Customers.
